Operations Chief - Back Half
5 Years Experience in the DSP Program
Ensures the smooth day to day functioning of delivery operations. Responsibilities include hiring and training dispatchers and drivers, scheduling daily and weekly operations, and overseeing dispatch to maintain efficiency. He manages vehicle maintenance schedules, tracks fleet health, and assists HR with staffing and planning to meet future route targets. He also oversees inventory on company needs. With a focus on teamwork and operational excellence, he strives to keep everything running seamlessly.

General Manager - Varied Schedule
4 Years Experience in the DSP Program
Oversees and manages the daily operations of the company, including route planning, scheduling, human resources support, and fleet management. Plays a key role in staff training, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution. Supervises Dispatchers and Drivers, offering support and ensuring optimal performance and safety standards. Reports directly to the Owner, providing regular updates and contributing to long term planning and decision making.

DOT Manager
4 Years Experience in the DSP Program
Responsible for training new DOT drivers and maintaining
overall DOT compliance. He manages Step Van drivers and he reports to the Owner.
